REGAIN STRENGTH & CONFIDENCE THROUGH SENIOR REHABILITATION

Kingston provides outpatient therapy to individuals that may be experiencing a new condition or the progression of an existing disease. Our caring, compassionate staff understands the challenges brought on by a traumatic or repetitive injury, an orthopedic or neurological disorder, or a chronic or congenital illness. Our therapy team utilizes a range of techniques including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy to improve or restore functionality. We customize a treatment regime for each senior rehabilitation patient to meet their needs, helping them to regain strength and confidence while maintaining a high quality of life.

Choosing the right Senior Rehabilitation facility

Outpatient therapy is a form of rehabilitation where patients travel to a specialized facility for a schedule appointment and then return home the same day.  Although, we specialize in senior rehabilitation, our therapists are able to help people of all ages.  One of the main benefits of outpatient therapy is that it allows patients to lead a relatively normal life while they are seeking treatment. At Kingston, our therapy gyms are conveniently located within our skilled nursing facilities.

Our senior rehabilitation services include:

  • Spacious Gyms
  • Physical Therapy
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Speech Therapy
  • Warm Water Aquatic Therapy
  • Wellness Programs

Before treatment, a licensed therapist will work with the senior rehabilitation patient and perform a thorough evaluation to assess impairments and functional limitations. Treatment goals will be developed to restore function and meet each senior rehabilitation patient’s needs. To ensure that they receive the best individualized care, one of our licensed therapy experts will work with them one-on-one for the course of treatment. Throughout the senior rehabilitation treatment they will continue to measure progress and adjust therapy as needed to help them reach their rehabilitation goals.
