Social Services
Kingston Care Center offers a large variety of activities such as computer availability, Wii, bingo, musical events, and regular visits with pets, children, local clubs and organizations. Kingston also offers activities outside of our building.
There are scheduled outings to museums, the zoo and the conservatory. The Activity Department provides our residents with meaningful and enjoyable activity programs.
The social service department at Kingston Care Center offers services to residents, families, staff and community to promote a sense of well-being and control over the residents' lives. Discharge planning and facilitating post discharge care is an important function of the social service department. Our social work staff assesses the psychosocial needs of every resident, and assists with the residents' plan of care.
