Chef Tony is known throughout Santa Fe for his exemplary cooking and community involvement. He’s participated in the Mayor’s Ball, which showcased one of his recipes, and is a proud member of the Executive Chef’s Worldwide group.
But what really makes Chef Tony special is his compassion for others, especially the Kingston residents he proudly serves. Like all of our food preparation specialists, Chef Tony approaches mealtime as a life enrichment opportunity for residents.
Meal time is truly an event where residents can choose from a rotating menu of multiple entrees like fish courses, gourmet burgers or salads. Dinner is served daily from 4-7pm, and residents can come down at a time of their choosing.
“The food choices and variety offered was very important to me,” says a Kingston of Santa Fe resident. “I feel like I’m home.”
According to Chef Tony, such sentiments are why he loves cooking. “My job marries my two passions – cooking and family,” says Chef Tony. “People bond after they break bread together – literally. Food is good, but with a story is better. That’s why mealtime is such an integral part of the Kingston Residence of Santa Fe – it brings our residents together.”
Help us congratulate Chef Tony on his well-deserved honors and ongoing success!
