Assistance with Living: Kingston PlusCare
We are licensed to provide Assistance with Living through our Home Care Service. Residents and families can rest easy knowing that additional service is available for tasks of daily living, if needed. Individual attention is always available for residents who need personal help with bathing, dressing or medications. Our staff is also available for assistance to and from our numerous social activities.
Additional Services
- Medication and pharmaceutical management
- Scheduled personal care assistance (includes assistance as needed with bathing up to two times per week, daily dressing and undressing, personal grooming up to once daily and assistance with mobility)
- 24-Hour staffing by certified and emergency trained nursing assistants
- Ongoing health assessments by professional nurse to meet resident’s changing needs
- Coordination of all external physical, occupational or speech therapies
- Assistance for on-site social activities
- Assistance to and from doctor’s appointments per van schedule
- Scheduled weekly personal laundry
- Beds made and apartments tidied daily
- Room meal delivery for ill residents up to three days per month
