Kingston HealthCare is proud to announce that Tammy Krupp O’Connell, R.N., has joined their Perrysburg facility as Memory Care Program Director.
“We are very excited to bring Tammy’s experience in nursing to support the care with provide on our Memory Care unit” said Danielle Hudson, Director of Nursing.
Tammy is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of nursing experience, with 26 years in long term care. She received her Associate Nursing Degree from Owens State Community College.
Tammy worked at St. Francis Home in Tiffin as well as Mercy Tiffin Hospital. She has experience as a supervisor and has worked closely with physicians, hospices, therapies, residents, and families. Tammy started her career as a nursing assistant, then went on to obtain her LPN and RN degrees. Tammy is certified in the Memory & Music program which she will utilize with the Memory Care residents.
“My true passion has always been working with the elderly and providing them with the best care I can. I am very excited about being part of the Kingston team” states Tammy.
