Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics:

This 60-minute class focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, balance, and stretch components. Exercises are modified based on individual goals and abilities. This class promotes weight loss, muscle tone and improves overall physical condition. Led by a Silversneakers certified instructor.

Strength and Balance:

This 45-minute land class includes exercises designed to improve muscular strength, endurance, range of motion, and balance. It will include both seated or standing body weight exercises and exercises using resistance bands, weights and balls to add difficulty. Modifications will be given based on participants’ needs and abilities. Led by a Silversneakers certified instructor.

Senior Land:

This 45-minute class is designed for those to maintain their strength and endurance by using equipment in our therapy gym. An exercise program will be given to each individual in the class for them to perform independently-either seated or standing. This is not a group-led class but supervised by an instructor.

Private Sessions: A one to one session with instructor, based on participant’s needs and abilities.

Pricing:

Classes: $5.00/class or insurances that accept Silver Sneakers and Renew Active

Senior Land: $6.00/Class

Private Session: $20.00/30minute session
