The Kingston Kaptain program is a mentoring program where employees (called Kingston Kaptains) are selected and trained to to help new employees learn their jobs and further their knowledge about best practices. This program uniquely supports new employees while providing career enrichment opportunity for current employees. With the Kaptain program, new employees have additional support and a warm connection to begin their journey with Kingston. The Kaptains themselves are provided additional compensation and it's a great next step into a leadership role.
During the month of November, Kingston of Miamisburg held a series of trainings for the newest group of Kaptains.
